Level Up Bounce – Play Place Rules & Expectations 🎉

We’re all about safe, high-energy fun! To make sure everyone has the best experience possible, please take a moment to review our play place rules before your visit:

👟 What to Wear

  • Socks are required for all children in the play areas (grip socks encouraged!).

  • No shoes, bare feet, or sharp accessories inside the bounce zones.

  • Comfortable play clothes are best—kids will be moving a lot!

🧒 Supervision & Safety

  • All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • Our staff is here for safety, we are unable to babysit—please stay attentive to your child.

  • Rough play, pushing, or climbing on the outside of inflatables is not allowed.

  • Children will be allotted 3 warnings if the behavior continues we will unfortunately have to ask your group to leave. No Refunds.

🕐 Time & Pricing

  • Play is $10 per child, per hour.

  • Wristbands will be given upon entry and must be worn at all times.

  • Time extensions are allowed based on availability—just check in at the front!

🧃 Food & Drinks

  • No outside food or drinks in the bounce areas.

  • We offer snacks and drinks at our concession area.

  • Birthday parties may bring in outside food as part of their rental package.

🧸 Age & Size Limits

  • Some equipment is age-appropriate—please follow posted signage.

💬 General Expectations

  • Be kind, take turns, and respect others' space.

  • Listen to staff instructions—they're here to keep everyone safe and happy.

  • If you or your child are sick, please visit another day.

  • No Refunds.
